A SHORT HISTORY OF BRENTWOOD

Established in the 12th century, the medieval town became popular with pilgrims travelling from the north and east of England to worship in Canterbury Cathedral. Today the town is home to nearly 55,000 residents and has been put firmly on the map by its appearances on 'The Only Way is Essex.' It is also home to many famous names, including Colin Firth and Rylan Clark.
