What the owner says

We really wanted to be in a safe neighbourhood to watch our family grow. We chose this area because it's quiet and connects well to transport and local amenities. Bancroft's School and Forest School for girls and boys are excellent and can be reached by bus. I particularly like large rooms and whether we are just relaxing as a family or entertaining relatives or guests the downstairs is very accommodating. We have done the job properly with no expense spared. Roding Valley Park is minutes away, it's a lovely place to take the kids for bike rides. You can be at Westfield in Stratford within fifteen minutes and with the tube connections it feels London is on our doorstep.

The Hill Farm estate is a family friendly residential area just tucked off Roding Lane North. There are many commuters residing here who walk to South Woodford station or hop on a bus to Gants Hill.
