I moved into the property as the space on offer for the money was far beyond anything else I had seen on the market in the area.

Having all the local amenities nearby was another key factor for me choosing this property as everything I need is within walking distance.

For relaxation, opposite there are many acres of Lea Valley parkland and the Abbey Gardens are also within a short walk from here.

Now that most of my children have now flown the nest, I do not need the extra bedrooms and have decided that now is the right time to downsize.
