Having lived here for 20 years, we were initially searching to find a home that we could expand and develop into as the family grew, whilst being located within easy reach of all necessary amenities including being able to jump on the local buses at the end of the road taking us to Romford & Lakeside Shopping Centres. We have extended the property to make a modern flexible family home where our children have grown up. The utility room and ground floor shower room have been vital in providing the extra space and facilities as the family needs have grown.
