What the owner says

We have lived here for many years and have a lot of happy memories. It is great for exploring the forest and is only a short drive away from Epping.

Having several reception rooms was one of the main points that initially attracted us to the property. It has been great for entertaining guests and ensuring that we all have our privacy when we want it.

The time has now come for us to downsize as we no longer utilise all the space we have here.

We are sure that the new owners will be as pleased with this home as we have been.
