What the owner says

We have spent almost 30 happy years at this property and have made many changes to it over the years. Since adding the conservatory to the lower ground floor, we tend to spend most of our time here as it is a lovely communal space.

Our study is probably our most versatile room as over the years we have used it as a 5th bedroom and a playroom.

We decided to add a workshop at the end of the garden but this could be used for many other purposes.

Now that our children have grown up, we feel it is the right time to downsize and move closer to the coast.
