This has been our home for many years and we will be sad to leave. We initially decided to view as it was close to The Billericay School and the house offered the opportunity for a self contained living space on the ground floor.

Over time we have extended and improved parts of the house and it has been our perfect family home. The addition of the solar panels mean the property is cheaper to run.
