We have lived here for over twenty years and always felt that there is a great sense of community spirit in the local area. There are local playing fields, sports grounds and parks within walking distance. For any one with children there is always somewhere to explore at the weekends. You can be on the North Circular within minutes so trips to Westfield in Stratford or access to neighbouring towns feel like they are on your doorstep.

We have proofed the access to the basement and have tanked it, it provides a lot of additional space for our family needs. It is time for us to get a smaller property now and we must say that this has been a fantastic house on a lovely road with lots of friendly neighbours.

The Hill Farm Estate is a great place for families due to the fact the roads are quiet and there are key transport links around you.
