We love the proximity to the tennis and cricket clubs as well as the stunning Wanstead Park which is a constant feature of our weekends.

We have great neighbours and a community spirit. We have built up a strong network of close friends during our time here. We have loved hosting parties in the amazing garden in the summer and in the large open plan entertaining space in winter.
