Initially we were attached to Wanstead because of the green open spaces, village feel and fast direct access to the City and West End. Wanstead has surpassed our expectations. There is a real sense of community here. It is a great place for young families to meet, work and support each other as we have found since starting a family.

Buckingham Road is a really convenient location, the village green is literally around the corner. There are many independent businesses on the High Street including our own village butcher Ginger Pig, which has a great range of produce. There is a large variety of coffee bars and good restaurants to meet family and friends.

This has been a very happy home for us.
