We bought this house because we loved the area, including the convenience of the motorway which we use a lot. With a drive, a garage, and easy access to the M25 M11, and A12, it is also a great choice for anyone who relies on good road connections.

It was a home with unrealised potential when we bought it, so we were able to do some really good things to it like extending into the attached double garage to create a family room. You could also look at extending into the loft, subject to obtaining planning permission, if you need even more space, so this home can still grow with your family. We have made a lot of changes throughout, so our home has a spacious, attractive but practical layout throughout.
