We bought this home nearly 40 years ago and have loved living here ever since. The property has provided a spacious family home, allowing us to bring up our family in the area without the need to have moved.

The location is great as we are close to Purfleet mainline station which can get you into London within half an hour and there are some major road links close by also.

With the family now all grown up, the time has come for us to downsize into something smaller closer to our grown up family.
