After 22 happy years its time for a change and to leave this wonderful home.

The area is ideal for many reasons and so we won't be moving too far away. The train station is so close and the A12 is also great for us commuting as well.

The house has been perfect for us and we loved bringing up our children here. The open lounge/dining area has been the setting for many family gatherings and the kitchen provides great space to cook.

The garden is manageable and easy to keep especially with us being so busy. We hope the new family love the home like we have and wish them the very best.
