I have lived here for a number of years now and have really enjoyed my time at the property.

I really love the size of the garden and the kitchen and I have always found it useful to have the separate utility room.

There is potential here if someone wanted to make the kitchen even bigger, subject to consent, and in recent years I have renewed both the main bathroom and en-suite shower room. The windows were renewed prior to that as well.

For me it's a little too large now, so it's time to downsize to a three bedroom home.
