When we viewed the property for the first time, we loved the curb appeal. Being that tiny bit out of Collier Row is lovely as well but can easily walk to the shops.

The property did require some work and over the few years we have modernised and added. We of course love the Loft conversion which has become our master bedroom and en-suite shower room.

The man cave/garage, to the rear of the property was also something that drew us in. The space, storage and extra room is vital with a growing family.
