We have lived here for around forty years now but the time has come for us to downsize.

We loved the garden and the fact that it was detached when we first viewed it and whilst living here we have added a double storey extension to the rear as well as fitting air conditioning units and solar panels which are really economical.

We installed a new boiler last year and we even have a thermo dynamic panel that can assist in heating hot water if you prefer.

We love the road and will miss living here, but we have decided it's time to move nearer our children.
