When we bought the property around 26 years ago we chose it because of the huge potential it had to extend it to the side.

We already lived local in Billericay and wanted a much larger property, but found that they were all far too expensive which was why this was such a great option for us to design it how we wanted.

We have made improvements to the electrics and added the wet room downstairs as well as replace the kitchen and bathroom. We also now have a large utility room which has made the garage shorter but this could be altered back if you needed to store a car.
