When we bought the property eight years ago with a growing family we needed it to be centrally located so we didn't have to be a taxi for our three children and this house fitted the bill exactly and gave the children the freedom they needed.

There is a great community feel in Billericay and we have made many good friends since living here and enjoy the activities the town has to offer. The Billericay library has now started a film club where we can watch movies and enjoy and glass of wine at the same time, it is a great social event with a real community feel.

The location is ideal for commuting by rail and is close to the major roads, but is only a short hop from the Essex countryside.
