This has been our family home for 36 years and in that time it has been part of the most important and special times in our lives. My daughter was only 3 years old when we came here and it was important to us to have somewhere quiet to raise a family. It has also been a very friendly and safe place with great schools.

The location has been perfect for us. We have enjoyed being on the outskirts of Billericay, but at the same time the excellent transport links to London both by road and rail have been a massive advantage. It will be a sad day when I leave this home for the last time, but the thought that another family will be on the start of making wonderful memories of their own will be a great comfort.
