We have lived here for twenty-four years and chose this location as we knew the area very well (we lived in Woodford previously) the schools are fantastic and the proximity to the station is next to none for commuting and for accessing central London.

Over the years we have maintained the home, converted the garage and added a conservatory. The garden is beautiful throughout the year with more than enough space for the children to play or arrange barbecues and summer parties.We enjoy dining out at the many restaurants in the Broadway, or occasionally popping into the West End. We are moving out of the area so hopefully the new owners will enjoy this house as much as we have.
