We have lived in our house on Beresford Road for over 30 years and have some really fond memories from our time here.

It has been a great family home to us over the years due to the amount of space it has to offer and it's extremely practical layout.

As soon as we saw this property it felt like home and we knew it was the one for us. It's great having such good transport links on your doorstep, you have various bus routes to take you into Central Walthamstow and neighbouring towns.

We really do hope that the new owners are as happy here as we have been.
