After living in the home for over 35 years we are ready to move! The area has been kind to us and you have a lot nearby. The A12 for road links is good and it's not too far to Romford train station. It's also nice to have shops not too far away for those extra shopping bits when needed.

I've added a garage to the property which has come in handy for storage. The conservatory has now made space for the washing machine and maybe a table for enjoying the summer months.

We are moving out of the area, but I'm sure that the new family will love the area and what it has to offer.
