Habgood Road has been in the family since new and it is truly a fantastic home and the location is perfect, it is central to all Loughton has to offer.

The garage is great for extra storage but some of the neighbours have adapted this to create a gym or even an office so they can work from home. Having the utility room has also meant that we can keep the washing and other day to day essentials out of the main kitchen. Just off of the utility room is a ground floor cloakroom, perfect for when you have visitors or the children are playing in the garden.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here, the neighbours are great and Habgood Road has a real sense of community.
