We have owned the property for about five years and we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. We love the Victorian style character, the high ceilings and large rooms. We were impressed with the open plan lounge and the natural light that flows through the home.

Being a family, it's great to have the entrance of Seven Kings park down the road. We can walk to either Seven Kings or Newbury Park station in about 15-20 minutes. We have a selection of convenience shops close by.

Everything seems to be within walking distance making our daily lives convenient and stress free.
