I bought this home approximately eight years ago and have loved every minute of my time here. I chose this property over others I viewed because of its location being so close to Hornchurch station, local shops, doctors and great school catchment areas.

Since owning the home I have installed a new family bathroom on the first floor, redecorated throughout and generally maintained the home.

The neighbours are fantastic and I will be sorry to leave, however, the time has come for me to look for a home further out of the area as I no longer need all of the local amenities that I once did.
