After living in this home for over 13 years we have loved the area and the locality to the station & shops. I won't be moving far but just downsizing to a smaller home.

I have extended the home over the years, downstairs has given me two reception rooms for relaxing and a lovely kitchen/diner for cooking & preparing dinner, while upstairs gave me room to add another shower room for extra convenience.

I think people will also like the road and area as it's local to shops and good schools, and it's always good to have easy transport links close by for work or a night out into London.

They say it’s all about location and this property won’t disappoint as it's within easy reach of Romford train station for those commuting to London in the morning, if not the bus service will get you where you need to go.
