We have really enjoyed living here in Kings Wood Park. It is a nice quiet turning away from the hustle and bustle of the town and has a good community vibe with all the neighbours.

The size of the house has been perfect for us and provides us with all the space we need. The top floor is particularly useful where our children can play and have their own space.

The High Street is within walking distance and having Epping underground station at the other end of the High Street has been great. For leisure time at the weekends, Epping Forest is located just at the top of the road, so pretty much everything you want is within easy reach.
