I bought my home 53 years ago as my first step onto the property ladder.

I loved the area so much I have stayed here to raise my four children who are now grown up with children of their own.

I was a dedicated scout leader in Epping for over twelve years which formed a proud part of my life here. I have seen all the new faces come and go and I will be sad to leave my current neighbours who are wonderful.

However, the time has come to fulfil my dream of living in the Lake District to be closer to my family.
