What the owner says

We have really enjoyed the space our home has to offer us over the years. Being situated just outside of Epping has been perfect for us.

We have loved the balance that we have been able to achieve with maintaining London and Cambridge commutes with a village life which has also provided our child with great access to the Coopersale play park and the countryside. When we get home and at the weekends we are able to enjoy being in a semi rural location, hence having the best of both worlds.

We now feel the time is right for us to move closer to family. We will truly miss our home and all it has provided over the years.

Coopersale is a pretty village nestling on the edge of Epping Forest. The village offers easy access to Epping with all its eateries. With village shops, a nursery, local play park and a village school located less than five minutes away, Coopersale is the ideal location for families who wish to combine modern convenience with village living.

Epping is the closest town to Coopersale, being approximately a mile away which can be accessed by local bus or a public footpath across open parkland, providing access to the Central Line tube into Liverpool Street and beyond. The forest is on your doorstep where you can walk, cycle or ride to your hearts content. A peaceful nature reserve is also close by offering access to the popular Essex Way hiking path.
