Living in this house in Outwood Common Road as been fantastic as it provided us with plenty of space as a growing family and we have put lots of love into modernising and updating throughout.

When we first viewed we were attracted by the good size plot that the house sits on. The large area to the side is ideal for an extension, subject to planning being obtained and many of the local residents have built into the loft to create a 4th bedroom with an en-suite.

There is a great sense of community spirit here and we have friendly neighbours who always look out for each other.
