When I first bought the property I really liked the size of the garden and the space that it had to the side.

I have done a lot of work outside to landscape the garden and level it out with a new patio and being a semi-detached house the hallway and landing have windows which makes it nice and bright.

It is a really private position and a quiet area that is also extremely convenient for all of Billericay's amenities.
