We purchased this property as it is a nice quiet area close to the local schools, particularly Billericay which was ideal for us at the time.

We also enjoy walking up to the town and enjoying some of the pubs and restaurants.

Since living here we have extended the property to the rear to incorporate the dining area and also converted the shower room downstairs.

The location has been perfect but now need to move on with the next journey in my life.
