We bought this home over 12 years ago and since owning it we have made some significant improvements, not only to the inside but also the outside. We have replaced the bathroom and kitchen, re-decorated throughout and added a conservatory which is a greatly used part of the home. One of the major benefits of our home is the bedroom sizes compared to other homes we looked at and the detached garage which provides us with additional storage, there is communal parking which we often use just behind it.

We really like the area as it's close to all the major road links, such as the M25 & A13 with Purfleet, Ockendon and Rainham stations close by as well.
