It's hard to believe that this is the same property when I first purchased it. I worked very hard to totally transform the property and I was really pleased with the outcome. Having lived locally in this area for a very long time, I know that this location is superb, the residents in this block are very friendly and it was always nice to have a chat as we were refurbishing it. New flooring, painting, decorating, new heaters, a new kitchen and bathroom were all completed and with three toilets if people were looking to flat share, this all adds to their day to day convenience. I am able to offer this chain free for a smooth move.
