What the owner says

We have enjoyed living here for nearly twenty years and we liked this location because of all the surrounding open spaces, parkland and woodland. It is possible to walk to the station in about ten minutes and by car you can reach the North Circular very quickly so that London and all the neighbouring towns and the M11 are easily accessible.

Over the years we have decorated from top to toe, but recently we have installed new central heating, replaced the flooring and freshened up the cloakroom. We are now moving further into Essex but will be taking many fond memories with us.

Navestock Crescent is nestled in the heart of Woodford Green only a short walk away from Woodford Central Line station which gives direct access into the City. Snakes Lane East has a variety of convenience stores and local shops and on just the other side of the tracks the Broadway is home to banks, coffee shops a mini supermarket and a bar. There is a local convenience store on the edge of this estate which is handy if you need to pop out for a pint of milk.

These maisonettes are incredibly popular as they provide a large amount of space for family living. More so these split level maisonettes are always in high demand as they come with their own rear garden. Parking is always easy as there are plenty of communal spaces and the road has no restrictions. Internally a modern kitchen/diner at the front is the perfect place for everyone to have breakfast and to catch up with all the news at the end of the day over dinner.

There is a spacious lounge and a cloakroom which is handy when you have visitors or guests. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. This does provide some versatility if you do not need three bedrooms as one could be used as an office or children's a playroom.
