We have lived here for nearly five years no. Initially the closeness to the station alongside the size of the flat appealed. Connections to all neighbouring towns are easy by road and you can use the underground and be in the City in just under forty minutes.

As a family we really make the most of the many green open spaces which are beautiful throughout the year. Since we have been here we have made a few changes including opening up the hallway through to the lounge (this makes it naturally brighter). We have given the whole flat a face lift so it's ready for the new owners.

This flat is in a prime Woodford Green location situated on the West side of the tracks. Commuters can walk to Woodford Central Line station and access the City very easily. The Broadway and Snakes Lane East provide all that you could want from local shopping for your day to day convenience.

For the quieter pursuits in life the Green is home to the second oldest cricket club in the world where the sound of "leather on willow" can be heard in the warmer months.
