We have enjoyed our time living here and have found it reasonably peaceful being surrounded by farmland. The uniqueness and seclusion of our home, having neighbours nearby but not on top of us has been perfect.

Having a regular bus service into Epping for your shopping or to the station is ideal if you don't want to take the car. In the opposite direction, the local bus will take you into Harlow for some retail therapy.

Now our family have flown the nest, we feel it is the right time to move on and buy something a little smaller.
