We moved here because we wanted an affordable middle ground between the city and village life. Waltham Abbey has all the conveniences nearby, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, but also great transport links.

We've redone the house to a high standard whilst we have lived here, including extending the garage to make a really nice dining room for the house, putting in new floors, and replacing the kitchen.

We love it around here, and are blessed with great neighbours, but are moving to the coast now for a variety of reasons. We are sure the buyer will be able to build similar great memories here to those we have.
