There was lots that attracted us to the house when we bought it around four years ago namely its position, its unique style and the en-suite. Most of the two bedroom houses we viewed were much smaller and since we have lived here we have replastered, installed new windows and doors, modernised the bathroom as well as upgraded the door furniture and light fittings.

We often take a walk through Mill Meadows Nature Reserve which you can access directly from the development and you can be at Billericay High Street and station within around fifteen minutes.
