This has been an excellent first family home for us and we have been incredibly happy here. We first chose this property for its excellent transport links for commuting and accessing central London, but alongside this, we also liked the sense of community which Woodford offered. When we first moved in, the property needed a huge amount of repair and decoration, and now, after lots of hard work, it feels fresh and new. There is a lovely feeling as soon as you walk through the front door, and at times it's calm and peaceful whilst other times it's filled with fun and laughter. We all enjoy the garden, it is incredibly safe for our children, and the perfect spot to relax in the evenings with friends.

This is a fantastic location for those who need access into the City as the walk to Woodford Central Line station takes less than ten minutes. Commuters can enjoy a short journey to and from work, but also the new owners can benefit from everything that London has to offer, taking advantage of the 24 hour tube service at the weekend. Snakes Lane East and the Broadway have a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and retail outlets, all adding to your day to day convenience.
