I purchased the flat as my first home and have really enjoyed living here for the last 4 years.

The large rooms initially attracted me and the location is perfect. I wanted to be close enough to transport and local amenities, but still feel like I was in a village location.

There are some nice pubs nearby and the Hanningfield Resevoir is great for those long walks.
