We moved to this apartment as we were looking for the perfect down size property. We were moving from a 4 bedroom house and this apartment was ideal. We were impressed with the high standard of the property and have added to this with a new kitchen.

There is a great community with the other residents and we regularly meet. The “Share of Freehold” means everyone looks after the building.

We enjoy the views over the communal gardens and farmland from our balcony and have also had many an evening meal there. In the morning you can enjoy seeing the local wildlife including Muntjac deer and a variety of birds.
