We chose this home as our first purchase just over five years ago. We both new the area and knew that this was a friendly neighbourhood but it was also well connected to local transport. You can walk to South Woodford station in approximately 15 minutes and by car it's very easy to connect to the North Circular, M11 or A12. Since we have been here we have refurbished from top to toe, including the kitchen and bathroom, the flooring and painting and decorating, and have also painted externally. We also applied for planning to extend the rear and into the loft as we weren't intending to move but our plans have since changed, so it may be something that the new owners wish to do.
