I bought this home three years ago as a 'stop gap' as I needed somewhere close to London but without the hefty London price tag.

Since owning the home I have replaced the carpets throughout, re-decorated and installed a anew kitchen and bathroom.

I particularly liked this home as it was outside of the busy Romford Town, but close enough to benefit from major road links, stations and Romford Town Centre if needed.
