This property stood out to us because it felt a lot larger than other flats and had lots of natural light.

Being on the ground floor made our daily life easier as simple things such as a bringing shopping in from the boot of the car. Our allocated parking space is close to the flat.

The residents in the development all look out for each other and form a tight knit-community.

We have rented the property for the last few years and found it very easy to find prospective tenants
