Trainee Sales Advisor

The role of Sales Advisor is a key front line position - meeting and greeting clients in person and on the phone. You will need to enjoy working with people, have a bubbly personality and an inner drive to hit your targets.

You will accompany customers on viewings, generate appointments and business and be active within the office calling clients and prospective clients.

You will take part in the morning meetings and help with general administrative duties. You need to be organised, ambitious and determined to progress. Previous estate agency experience is not required as this is a great introduction to the business. Many people who have held this role have progressed far within the company including many of our top Managers and Directors!

Marketing Consultant

Getting properties on to the market is essential to our business success, so your role will be to list as many properties as possible at the right price and for the right fee.

You will also promote other ancillary services such as conveyancing and mortgages, generate appointments for viewings, and sell homes at the same time.

We provide the best tools available so you can meet your targets by getting the best possible price for clients.

Branch Manager

Many of our Branch Managers have worked their way up through the company. This means that they have credibility and the respect of the people who are working around them.

They are responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the office and are in charge of maximising the income and profitability of their branch by the successful listing and selling of properties and ancillary products and services.

Customer service is paramount to this role, plus the ability to manage and motivate branch members. You will also be involved in the training, development and welfare of your staff.
