Trainee Lettings Advisor
Lettings Advisors hold an important position as the first to meet and greet clients. You will be making contact in person and on the phone, so you will need to enjoy dealing with people, have a lively personality and the drive to reach your targets.
You will go to viewings with customers, generate appointments and business, and be actively calling clients and prospective tenants and landlords.

Letting properties is an important part of our overall business. It is the responsibility of our lettings managers to develop and maintain our portfolio of properties, maximise revenue streams and profitability and promote a range of supporting products and services.
You will need previous experience in a lettings role plus a keen eye in order to carry out valuations to get the best possible rental price for our clients. You will need a full driver's licence.
