Customer Services Advisor

Douglas Allen Customer Services Advisors are located in our Mortgage Services Centre and are required to support the Mortgage Advisors.

It is their responsibility, on behalf of the Mortgage Advisors, to keep our clients informed of the progress of their mortgage application.

Eligible candidates must have the ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines whilst possessing exceptional communication skills.

Sales Progressor

The role of a Sales Progressor is fundamental to the sale of a property and they are responsible for the completion of sales after an official offer has been accepted for a property. Regular liaison with solicitors, estate agents and clients is involved.

Eligible candidates must be comfortable when working towards several deadlines, possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to listen.

Branch Secretary

This is a crucial role that holds both full- and part-time opportunities.

Branch Secretaries are responsible for the presentation and content of our professional property brochures. This demands at least 50wpm audio experience, a close eye for detail and the ability to work at a fast pace.

It is the Branch Secretary’s role to work closely with, and support, the Branch Manager and it does require general administrative duties.

Area/Head Office Secretaries and Personal Assistants

Douglas Allen’s Area and Head Office secretaries and personal assistants support the company’s senior and managing directors.

This demanding role requires excellent typing skills, the ability to multi-task, organised diary management and competent time management.
