Central Sales Team
Based in our Frindsbury office your role is to act as a “virtual branch”. You will be required to take inbound calls from customers and deal with these calls as if you were working in a high street estate agency branch. Enquiries are varied and you will have full training to enable you to help customers with their house move and provision of other support services by using our central computerised system which is linked to our branches.

Once an offer is made on a property, our sales progressors step in to take the strain away from our clients. They deal with all aspects of the property sale from acceptance to exchange and completion. You will liaise with solicitors, other estate agents, clients and other people in the chain, keeping on top of everything at all times.
Our progressors have great listening skills and are used to dealing with many enquiries in the course of a day. They work to many deadlines, have great customer service skills and have the ability to get the job done. A great challenge.
We have full and part-time secretaries based in all of our branches to undertake this crucial role. Central to this role are our internal computerised systems and procedures from which our centralised mail-merges, mail-outs and all property brochures are created.
Much of the work includes the layout and typing up of our property brochures which are key to our marketing success, so it is essential that you have 50wpm audio experience, together with a real eye for detail and a sense of pride in your work. Working closely with your Branch Manager you will also be responsible for other general administration tasks and responsibilities.
An organised and methodical mind is essential, as is the ability to work at pace as your office will be busy!
Area Secretaries and PAs
Many of our Area Secretaries/PAs and Head Office staff have been promoted from within the company to work for one of the Senior Directors or Managing Director. The ability to multi-task and excellent time management is required when working for our senior team, together with having excellent typing skills and diary management.
We support our branch based Mortgage Advisors by providing a full administrative client support service. So, once a mortgage application has been submitted, our team of customer advisors telephone our clients to introduce themselves as a first point of contact. This means we are fully available when our clients need us most and we are there to help them every step of the way. Typically our current team has come from a background within banking or mortgage brokerage but training is provided so if you have good general administration, communication and organisational skills, this may be the job for you.
