About the Team
Jason Willetts - Director, Land & New Homes
The Land & New Homes Team is lead by Jason Willetts, Land & New Homes Director. Jason has been involved in the estate agency business for over 20 years and has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the business.
He is supported by a strong team who together have the expertise to advise on just about every aspect of residential development, while having the professional contacts to assist with architectural and planning needs.
Mary-Ann Staddon - Senior New Homes Sales Manager
Mary-Anne Staddon has joined as Senior New Homes Sales Manager for Essex and Kent; her role will encompass business generation across the area.
Mary-Anne brings with her 25 years experience in new homes sales having worked for a number of developers including Hillreed Homes and Fernham Homes and a Land & New Homes agency for several years. She began her career working on site as a Negotiator and progressed through various management roles to Sales Director for Fernham Homes.
Stephanie Mason - Land & New Homes Secretary
Stephanie joined the company in 2008 and now works closely alongside our Land Department on Tender business.
These are a selection of our key personnel but all are supported by a strong, dedicated and passionate Land & New Homes Team.
The Land & New Homes Division specialises in tailor making particular marketing packages designed specifically for the individual clients needs. From the sourcing of land, and land sales to development appraisals and site management, Douglas Allen is equipped to offer their developer clients the solution to their demands.
Douglas Allen manages a portfolio of new homes developments across London and Essex, as well as involvement in a number of land sales and acquisitions on behalf of local and national developers within their trading area.
