Andrew Bill Cert.REA - New Homes Director
Andrew first joined Douglas Allen in 1984 and throughout his agency career has formed strong links within the New Homes industry, culminating in his appointment to Regional Director Land and New Homes in 2006. During his time in this role, The New Homes department of Douglas Allen has gone from strength to strength, handling the sale of development sites and new homes across Kent and East Sussex for National Developers, PLC's and individual builders. Andrew's aim is to offer the same high level of service to every development within the Douglas Allen portfolio, from one to one hundred units, and this has been responsible for the department's outstanding success!
Simon Alff - Land Manager
Simon has over 25 years experience within the industry and now specialises in assisting clients assess their land potential. Through his association with a number of leading architectural practices across our regions Simon is able to offer in-depth land appraisals which include thumbnail schemes, planning cost breakdowns, marketing comparables, planning statements, land valuations and selling options. Working on behalf of both corporate and private clients, Simon can use his expertise and knowledge to uncover land for potential new schemes and handle your land sale.
Kay Clarke - New Homes Sales Manager
Having worked in sales for over 20 years, the last 4 in the land and new homes environment, Kay is able to focus her wealth of knowledge and experience on the individual requirements of our developer clients, whether they have one or a hundred and one new homes for sale. Kay is based in our regional offices in Frindsbury, Kent.
The Land & New Homes Division specialises in tailor making particular marketing packages designed specifically for the individual clients needs. Whether this is for land or for development projects, Trevor is responsible for delivering a first class service along with an exceptional result.
From the sourcing of land, and land sales to development appraisals and site management, Douglas Allen is equipped to offer their developer clients the solution to their demands.
